Group Fitness Schedule & Class Descriptions
Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned elite athlete, our group fitness program will have something for everyone. Our experienced instructors will offer a variety of group fitness classes. See our class schedule and descriptions below for more information.
Step & Strength
Includes step cardio and strength segments set to energetic music making it both fun and effective. Cardio can be done on the floor without a platform, and participants can set their own intensity level . Strength work will include weights and various other equipment and/or mat work. A full body stretch concludes the class. Get it all in one class! All fitness levels, 60 minutes.
Cardio Sculpt
Get it all in one class! This class combines cardio strength segments as either a circuit or 30/30 format. Cardio segments have floor or step options. Strength segments use various equipment and a mat. All fitness levels, 60 minutes.
Spin/Cycle
A low impact calorie blasting cardio workout on a stationary bike, which allows you to increase or decrease your pedal resistance. With great music playing, the instructor will take you on a journey that includes hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. All levels, 45 minutes.
Yoga
Relax and recharge your mind, body, and spirit while building your strength, improving your balance, and increasing your flexibility. All levels, 60 minutes.
Zumba ™
A Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, party-like atmosphere. Zumba is a cardio-based dance workout suitable for all fitness levels. Join the Party! All levels, 45 minutes.
Senior Strong/Forever Fit *new class*
This circuit format set to upbeat music includes cardio and strength segments at a low-impact, moderate intensity level. Using various equipment and ending with a full-body stretch, we’ll work to increase cardiovascular health, stamina, strength, and flexibility. For those new to group fitness or returning after a break.

Zumba + Lift ™ *new class*
A science-based, high-energy dance-fitness program merging Zumba® with dedicated strength training. It alternates cardio dance with resistance intervals using light weights to improve muscle strength, endurance, stability, and bone density, keeping the party-like atmosphere. All levels, 60 minutes.
Zumba Gold Chair ™ *new class*
Intermediate intensity, seated dance-fitness class providing a full-body workout for individuals with limited mobility, balance issues, or requiring wheelchair assistance. Using a sturdy chair for support, it features upbeat, accessible and fun choreography to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
Senior/Beginner, 45 minutes.
20/20/20
This perfectly balanced class is designed to strengthen, energize, and restore. Begin with 20 minutes of spin for cardiovascular endurance, transition into 20 minutes of strength training using dumbbells and/or bodyweight to build muscle and protect bone health, and finish with 20 minutes of core work and deep stretch to enhance mobility, balance, and recovery. All levels, 60 minutes.
CX-45
A results-driven, full-body class, combining strength training, cardio, and functional movement. Beginners use low-impact modifications and controlled pacing, while intermediate participants apply added resistance, dynamic movements, and shorter recovery periods. Supportive, high-energy sessions challenge all fitness levels, building strength, endurance, and confidence. All levels, 45 minutes.
